The brand was created seven years ago by Heida Birgisdottir in a small shop she had in downtown Reyjkjavik, Iceland.
Nikita’s aim is to encourage girls to lead an active lifestyle; the company says “being involved in the action is more fun than just looking cute on the sideline.”
